Open Space as a strategic instrument
A challenge with many stakeholders doesn't live for one day. It exists before the session — in everyone who holds a piece of the answer — and after it, in what the group itself chose to carry forward. Open Space Technology is the working form that makes that possible: not a team-building format, but a structure for challenges where a pre-set programme falls short.
You need a central question, a room, and participants who build the agenda themselves. That is the whole structure. What comes out of it are decisions people stand behind, connections nobody planned, and work that continues after the day.
What a group learns here — structuring a complex challenge themselves, without an external agenda — stays useful beyond the session too.
