Open Space Facilitation Europe
How do you get 80 people to truly engage with a challenge no one can solve alone?
80 is an example — it could be 20, 50 or 150.
Open Space Technology is a method for complex, multi-stakeholder challenges where the wisdom of the group takes centre stage.
What I do
Conference & Unconference
Open Space facilitation for conferences and community events of 30–150 participants.
Strategic sessions & Away Days
For leadership teams and boards who want genuine input from all voices.
Complex organisational challenges
Mergers, reorganisations and change programmes where stakeholder buy-in is essential.
Open Space as a strategic instrument
Open Space Technology is not a team-building format. It is a method for complex, multi-stakeholder challenges where a pre-determined programme will always fall short.
The structure is minimal: a central question, a space, and participants who set the agenda themselves. What emerges is maximum: decisions that are owned, unexpected connections, and energy that continues beyond the day.
Suitable for groups of 20 to 150 people. Both in-person and online.
